We want you to love your Common Era pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
